Tanggung Jawab
• Investigate, research and recommend new business opportunities & markets
• Identify, evaluate and lead on potential M&A opportunities – including due diligence, deal negotiations and integration
• Lead & manage programs originating within the Corporate Development group across the rest of the company
• Develop frameworks that support the prioritization of corporate strategic initiatives
Persyaratan
• Minimum of 4-6 years work experience with at least 2-3 years experience in banking, consulting or corporate development roles at top companies
• Experience identifying and negotiating strategic deals
• Exceptional strategic, analytical and problem solving and financial skills required
• Ability to generate insights from various information sources and turn these insights into strategies and executable plans
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills to build effective partnerships across the organization
• MBA from top-tier school is strongly preferred
• Driven, self-starter with a passion for excellence and winning
