Facebook is seeking a well-rounded top performer who can be a key contributor in a high-energy, growth environment. The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of domestic, multi-state and international payroll processes, stock and equity issues, and be an experienced manager. The ideal candidate is one who has been a top academic performer with a proven track record in global, high tech companies and has the desire to excel in everything they do. This position is full-time and located in Palo Alto, CA.
Tanggung Jawab
• Manage and own the North American payroll and oversee international payroll operations
• Responsible for the bi-weekly Non-Exempt and Exempt multi-state payroll processing for 700+ employees, utilizing ADP software systems including the ezLabor online timecard system
• Work closely with Stock Administration, Legal, Tax and HR Departments in the administration of payroll and equity related issues
• Review and refine or implement global payroll strategies, processes, and policies and ensure compliance
• Lead projects related to the payroll function in order to bring value to the company through streamlining processes, automation, etc.
• Research and provide guidance on complex payroll and tax issues
• Maintain General Ledger accuracy by posting monthly payroll entries through journal entries and perform month-end payroll reconciliations
• Assist employees on all payroll-related inquiries
Persyaratan
• Bachelors or equivalent degree, Business focus a plus
• CPP certification, CEP a big plus
• Significant experience with ADP
• 5+ years Payroll management experience in a public, multi-national company
• Excellent knowledge of SOX requirements, payroll processes, workflow, and practices
• International payroll knowledge a plus
• Must be detail-oriented and able to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities
• Driven to satisfy internal and external customers
• Motivated problem solver with the ability to sort through issues to create and improve processes
• Able to perform as a team leader, team member, and individual contributor
